Rolling oil rectification system mainly according to the different boiling range in the polluted rolling oil, through heating, vacuumizing and condensation , to make the rolling oil separated from the mixed oil,
Then can keep the oil stable quality.It is effective for high quality production,high value-added products for Aluminium strip/foil factory.
The distillation oil have almost the same characteristics with the new rolling oil, fully meet the needs of rolling process.Then improve the surface quality after annealing and reduce the oil scraping rate. Each system is tailor-made according to customer needs, FRONJECT can do thecapacity from 50L/h to 1000L/h. FRONJECT ROR system can together with plate filter and Oil Mist Recycle system to compose the most modern purification and recycle system.

Purpose

eliminate hydraulic oil and lubricating oil from dirty rolling oil,improve the quality of products,shorten the annealing  time.

Technical Process

The dirty oil in tank①is delivered into rectification column③,using a liquid distribution plate specially designed to ensure the optimizationof uniformity and  thermal equilibrium,where the purification and separation will be finished here,the clean rolling oil goes iinto the clean oil tank⑤ through condenser④,and then will be delivered into distillation tank⑥for rolling mill ,the dirty oil enters waste oil tank②,the heat of equipment is offered by the heater⑦.
