- Fronject Oil mist recycle system, designed for recycle the rolling oil from the oil mist produced during the full lubricating rolling process, is a purifying and recycling system. Using the solvability and different boiling range between the cleaning oil and rolling oil,through the absorption,desorption and other process to recycle the rolling oil from the exhaust fume; then to reduce the adding quantity of new oil and make the rolling oil reduce by 30%-50%. The capacity for FRONJECT rolling oil mist recycle system is from 30000m³/h to 300000m³/h,covering almost all the mills; Together with plate filter and ROR system to compose of the most modern rolling oil purification and recycle system.
Process Principle
The oil mist comes from rolling mills is delivered into absorption tower③ by fans①,and contacts with the clean oil sufficiently.Then the absorption of rolling oil is finished.After that clean gas is exhausted from the top of the absorption tower, and the wash oil which contains rolling oil is delivered into degassing tower④through the filter②,then flows through heat changer unit⑦and goes into desorption tower⑧.In desorption tower the rolling oil is vaporized and flows to the condenser⑨,then liquid rolling oil after being condensated will goes to clean oil tank⑩,the wash oil will fall into the bottom of the desorption tower and be delivered back into absorption tower for recycling use.
